This is the best ice cream flavor I have had for a long time. Maybe the best since Blue Ribbon Chocolate Cake. Let's examine the description: "Fleur de Sel caramels covered in a chocolaty coating blended into caramel ice cream with caramel ribbons and French sea salt accents.
