Thief!

Don't worry, I did not have another run-in with the maintenance man. The blog title just refers to the fact that I stole the entire construction of this post from Drew. Because he is more creative than me.

  1. Hurrah! But to be fair, I ripped the idea off from someone else. Just one of those things that goes around the blog world.

    My thoughts, in bullet format:

o I think Quantum of Solace is a ridiculous title for a movie. Even for a Bond movie. We shall see.

o Penelope is on my list.

o Thought-out evasion tactics--HA HA! Brilliant. You and your dinosaur paranoia.

o Only FIVE years ago you were resisting The Boy Who Lived?? Wow, time changes things.

  2. Doesn't Parry Hotter predate five years ago? Or was that not your idea?

  3. You've burned one of your apartments to the ground?! And you didn't warn me of this before we signed a contract to move in together? That's it! I want out of this deal right now!

Actually, I'm probably more likely to burn our apartment to the ground than you are since I have been known to have moments of klutziness. (Ask Vannerie about me and the freezer yesterday). So all is forgiven.

But I still need to hear the story!

  4. Marcue's moment of klutziness was my fault.

I love this list too! I need to do some lists, I think. I need to blog more, I think. I need to blog, period.

I think you were a great ferskner! The best one in fact!

  5. Drew: Here is my response, in bullet format--
o It is indeed a ridiculous title.
o You will have to let me know what you think!
o Hey man, do you *want* to be caught unprepared when raptors invade the library? I didn't think so.
o I know, it seems like Harry and I have been together forever, right?

Professor: Parry Hotter does indeed predate my HP love. I saw the potential for the roadshow, but I still didn't care for the source material.

Marcue: One day I will have to blog about the Great Fire of '05. Maybe I will even have to include pictures.

Ferskner: You DO need to blog! I'll cough on your pillow if you don't do it soon!

  6. Madness. I thought you were promoting the Parry Hotter idea because you were such a fan of the books. Too bad I didn't know, we could have been the cool people who were all like "Harry Potter is, like, so dumb, right?"
