*ahem*
As much as I hate to use my blog for this, I really want to go to Disneyland. So! If you want to go to Disneyland too and don't want to pay for it, you can enter contests at Sweet Life in the Valley or Out & About with the Family to win trips to Magicland Disneyland. And just to make reading this post even more worth your while, look at this pretty picture.

ReplyDeleteWhenever I crave Disneyland, which is, let's face it, ALL THE TIME, I listen to either Disney Tunes Radio Network or Subsonic Radio. You can request music from the park(s), and it is a blast. Some of my favorites to request are:

The blue fairy in pinnocchio (plays the little tinkling sound when she appears in the ride)
The exit turnstiles at Indiana Jones
The batcaves at I.J.
Pirates of the Carribbean - anything. The ride-through they have is great.
Phantom Manor - the gazebo
Haunted Mansion Exit music, the foyer music, and the Holiday Special Ride-through, and the Leota music
I love area music. Any of it.
DTunes - this is better for movie soundtracks, and they stick to CDs that have been officially released, whereas Subsonic somehow has original master tracks from the parks that have never been officially released. Just depends on your mood. They do have a ton of music from the parks, especially the "Musical History of Disneyland" albums.
Anyway. It helps me get through the Disneyland blues.
AND - Sarah and I are trying to figure out a time to plan to go in the future sometime. Some off-season time. We need to coordinate with you.
You just got back silly girl. I want to go too.
